AirbnbChallenge: In close collaboration with the Airbnb team, we were tasked with focusing on: the implementation of in-page navigation, standardization of embedded media display, reconstruction of the unified navigation system, and integration of navigation across the help, resource, and community support platforms.

Results: To address the requested improvements, I engaged in an iterative design process with the Airbnb team, working back and forth to implement feedback and refine the resource center redesign. Once we reached a finalized design, I created comprehensive specification documentation, including detailed redlines, to clearly communicate the implementation requirements for in-page navigation, standardized media display, a reconstructed unified navigation system, and the interconnected navigation structure across the help, resource, and community sections.

Motorola
Challenge: Motorola sought a creative and technical partner to explore, define, and build engaging clock faces, wallpapers, and 'delighters' for the new Razr (4th gen), a globally launching foldable device featuring a unique 3.6” edge-to-edge front screen (CLI). The challenge was to create experiences that allowed users to 'stay connected + informed from 3’ away without getting pulled into the details' on this innovative display.
Results: To address Motorola's design challenges, I initiated the process by presenting a range of conceptual design angles to the team, exploring various solutions. Following their feedback and through iterative refinements, we finalized the design. I then collaborated closely with motion designers to perfect the animation sequences and worked hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of the finalized design, resulting in a cohesive and functional product experience.

Google
Challenge: To bring Google Cloud's 'Bridge to Possible' vision to life in real-time alongside Rob Enslin's keynote at the leadership summit, the challenge was to create an engaging and inclusive virtual experience. This involved reimagining content delivery to foster simultaneous community across regions. Attendees were to 'walk in step' with speakers, exploring the 'Bridge to Possible' journey as it was being discussed, and participate in a collaborative, 'torch-passing' challenge to encourage global teamwork during the event.

Results: We built a custom app for the summit, enabling attendees to 'walk together' virtually. The app tracked 'collective steps,' showed individual counts, and displayed active users on a map with their step data. This fostered a sense of shared purpose, resulting in over one million steps.
The success of this app led to its adoption for a second conference. This iteration featured an embedded podcast experience, allowing attendees to listen to leadership voices and further engage with the summit's content.
